We charge fees for certain aspects of our Services, such as hardware wallet purchases and certain premium features. All fees are clearly disclosed before you complete a purchase or transaction.

Blockchain network fees (such as gas fees on Ethereum) are determined by the respective blockchain networks and are not set by or paid to Trendforce Commercial Brokerage. You are responsible for all network fees associated with your transactions.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Trendforce Commercial Brokerage, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services or our content, nor any intellectual property rights except for the limited license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trendforce Brokerage and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any other person or entity; or (d) your violation of any laws or regulations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
